UK postage
Our standard charge for delivery to the UK mainland is £ 3.50.
If your order is over £ 50 we charge just £ 2.50 for delivery.
We offer Free Delivery for orders over £ 100.
Overseas postage
All the items available on this site have been weighed. Postage and packing charges for international orders are calculated according to the weight of the consignment to each international delivery address specified. Where the combined order weight is under 2Kgs, various options are then provided, with prices, to allow you to choose how quickly and by which service you want your games delivered.
For orders over 2Kgs, a postage and packing quotation will need to be provided. Please submit your order via the website or contact us direct for individual quotations for shipment overseas. If you contact us direct, please advise the item(s) you are interested in and your location. We will follow up your enquiry or order with a postage and packing quotation.
Delivery
We aim to fulfill orders within 7 days. However, the vast majority of our orders ship within 24 hours of the order being received and may well arrive within 2-3 days of the order being placed where delivery is to the UK. If we cannot fulfill your order within 7 days, we will contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed.
Cancellation
You have a right to a 'cooling off' period during which time you may cancel your order for any reason. If you wish to exercise this right you may do so up to 8 working days following receipt of your order. Simply email warlock@games-web.co.uk or call us on 01439 770200 and advise us of the order number you wish to cancel. Note that, if we have already sent the item out, you will need to return it at your own cost. Any other charges which have been applied will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Privacy
GamesWeb trade games - we don't pass on your details, including email addresses, to anyone else. We may use your details to contact you in the future with respect to special offers or other GamesWeb specific news. You can opt out of receiving this communication when you order and any email sent will notify you how to avoid receiving future mailings should you wish to opt out at that point. The only information we collect and store is that provided by you when you fill in the order form or, in the case of registration, the email address provided. This information is collected through the ordering or registration process. Additionally, when you contact us with a query, we may store your email address and any other details which you choose to provide, for example a particular game you are looking for. We only store
your personal details in order to provide you with the games service you would expect. If you have any questions
or concerns about our handling of personal information, please contact us.
Ordering
Select one of the options to the left or type the name of an item to search for into the Quick Search box above. The search will display the list of games which it finds. Use the buttons to the left to further refine your search or sort the games listed in a specific way. When you find a game you wish to purchase simply click add to add the game to your shopping basket. The shopping basket has the facilty to remove items, completely clear the basket or order the items. Whatever means you decide to use to pay for your order, you will be provided online with an order number and emailed to confirm the order number and the games you have ordered.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept most major credit cards. The order page displays your shopping basket contents and asks you to fill in name and address details. An option is provided to pay online. Follow the link to provide your credit card details at our secure payment site with WorldPay which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a form of data security, to secure all payment transactions. Note your order number which you should quote in all further communication regarding your order.
Cheque or money order payment
If you do not wish to pay online with a credit or debit card, we can otherwise only accept payment in sterling by cheque or money order. Post your cheque, or money order, to GamesWeb, 17, Ryegate, Helmsley, YO62 5AA. Don't forget to provide the order reference number. If paying by cheque, please note that we will not be able to ship your order until your cheque has cleared.
Return policy
We try to ensure that our games arrive with you in perfect condition but if your order does arrive damaged, please let us know immediately on +44 (0) 1439 770200 or by email at warlock@games-web.co.uk.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it unused in its original packaging within 8 working days and we will either exchange it or arrange a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
